How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription up until the day of the next scheduled payment. Remember, this cancels all future scheduled payments for that subscription.

Here's how to do it from our website:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Click on the Unsubscribe button

Here's how to do it directly from PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Click My Money from click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.
4. Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
